The INTERTEC …STEAM heaters are operated with steam or hot glycol/water. They are designed to heat the air in an enclosure by convection. The different profiles allow easy application-specific solutions by building on standard INTERTEC products.

TV/SC-A Steam Thermostat

This compact radiator is characterized by high control accuracy, even at high steam pressures. The stainless-steel version is also suitable for a glycol-water mixture and can be installed in any position. The room temperature is measured at the sensor and transferred to a temperature-dependent liquid filling. If the temperature rises to its setpoint, the liquid expands until the valve is closed by force transmission to a piston rod. By exchanging the temperature sensor, the setpoint can be changed very easily.
